For the very first time, I decided to dedicate a few weeks to encouraging Stringbabies pupils & teachers to raise money for a worthy cause.
Over the months of June & July, there will be lots of sponsored practicing going on around the UK and other little fundraising events. Here in Sussex, we held a small Stringbabies concert. The cause we are supporting this year is Naomi House, a children’s hospice in Hampshire, which supports the family of one of the Stringbabies teachers. I am hoping that this will be an annual event which we can use to raise funds for children’s charities. The website for Naomi House is http://www.naomihouse.org.uk
